This site is operated by Meridian Data Limited, a fictional company created for demonstration purposes and presented as a member of the likewise fictional North Holdings Group. It is not incorporated, is not registered with Companies House, and is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority or any other regulator anywhere. No statement on this site should be read as a claim of regulatory status, registration, membership or licensing.
2. No advice, no offer, no execution
Nothing on this site constitutes investment, financial, legal, tax or accounting advice, a personal recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any commodity, derivative, security or other financial instrument. No content is tailored to the circumstances of any person. You should obtain independent professional advice before acting on anything you read here — which, in this case, you should not do at all.
3. Indicative data
All prices, changes, series, charts and balances on this site are fabricated values generated deterministically from fixed seeds at build time. They are not sourced from any exchange, broker, venue or data vendor, are not real-time, and may not correspond to any actual market. They are not executable, may not be used for valuation, margining, collateral, settlement, accounting, benchmarking or regulatory reporting, and must not be redistributed as market data.
4. Research content
Research notes published here are works of fiction. They have not been prepared in accordance with any legal requirement designed to promote the independence of investment research, are not subject to any prohibition on dealing ahead of dissemination, and do not reflect the views of any real person or firm.
5. Permitted use
You may read, quote and link to this site for non-commercial purposes, provided you do not present the content as real market data or as the output of a real firm. You may not scrape the site at a rate that degrades service, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, or use the site to distribute unlawful material. Automated access to /api/* is permitted for reasonable, non-commercial use.
6. Intellectual property
The layout, copy and code of this site are provided for demonstration. The name “Meridian Data” and “North Holdings Group” are fictional and are not used to impersonate any existing company. Any resemblance to a real firm, person or address is coincidental.
7. Availability and liability
The site is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meridian Data Limited accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, this site or its content.

We may change these terms at any time by publishing a revised version on this page. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales would have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute — were this a real agreement between real parties, which it is not.
